Looking for someone to inspect and fix a strong dog urine odour in one small area of bedroom carpet. The dog had a urine accident on the carpet, and although I have already used enzyme cleaners and had professional carpet shampoo cleaning done, the smell is still there. I would like someone to: Lift the carpet and inspect underneath Check if the underlay needs replacing Assess if the subfloor needs sealing due to urine odour Replace only the affected small section if possible (not full carpet replacement) This is a rental property, so I’m looking for the most effective and cost-efficient solution to remove the odour properly.
