Sand 12m² timber front deck – sanding only Looking for someone to sand our front timber deck, approx. 6m × 2m (12m²), ready for us to re-oil. The deck will be freshly washed and completely dry before the job. Need the deck boards sanded evenly, as well as the step and visible front/side timber edges. I have a hand sander available, however you’re welcome to bring your own equipment if you have something more suitable. Sanding only — no oiling/staining required. Please leave it clean and ready for coating. Photos show the current condition.

Deck is furnished but I can move everything off for you. We have parking on site + plenty of street parking. I have now stripped the part of deck that's unsheltered so easier to determine which timber board(s) need replacing.

I need a skilled, professional floor layer with tools to minimise the amount of disturbance to surrounding floorboards. - Due date: Flexible

I have all of the floating floorboards necessary to complete the job. There is a circular saw, and basic tools available for you to use. The space is roughly 3.6m x 3.5m. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 25 January 2023
