Find an experienced flooring expert in Sylvania

A section of my floating floor is damaged and I need it repaired ASAP. It's only about 8sq/m and I have all the replacement boards on site. I also need a couple of the stair nosing's replaced, which is simply cutting and gluing and the scotia putting back in place. It's only a small job but I could tie it in with other work around the house as we're aiming to list our property for sale in 2 weeks. Other jobs include painting the side of our house, sanding a deck (roughly 30sq/m) and loading rubbish into a skip.

Hi I have an area outside my bathroom that needs to be replaced/ repaired thanks to my 🐩 I can no longer stand the look of the stain or the odour despite having the area professionally steamed cleaned. The area is approximately 3x3 and has 4 door ways (not sure if that makes a difference. The carpet is old, wool and can be replaced with the carpet taken from the walk in wardrobe until I have enough $$ and time to organised complete new flooring. Is anyone out there able to help? Unfortunately I need it done by 31st May. Can provide pics if required but prefer for you to come and access situation in person. I work from home Thursdays and Fridays and my partner can be available any day to meet on site ☺️

Replace the internal timber balustrade at first floor level as its only 860mm in lieu of the required 1m such that it is at least 1m above Finished floor level which appears to be a brown coloured laminate/ vinyl type floor finish. It was noted the vertical timber balusters were 65mm apart. The balustrade is to comply with the provisions of BCA 2019, including amendt 1 part D2.16. Alternatively rectify the existing balustrade to comply with said requirements such that it is at least 1m high above finished floor level. - Due date: Before Monday, 27 March 2023
