Heated Towel Rail Connection Task: Connect an already-mounted heated towel rail. Details: The previous owners snipped the internal 3-core wire short inside the square wall bracket (recessed about 1cm). You will need to strip the outer sheath inside this open bracket, splice/extend the 3-core cable (using inline crimps/heat-shrink for a tight space), drill a clean hole through the drywall cavity into the laundry directly behind it, and terminate it with a standard 3-pin plug to connect to an existing laundry wall socket. 2. Bathroom Fan & Switch Replacement Task: Replace an existing 2-gang switch and hardwired ceiling exhaust fan. Details: I have already purchased and have onsite the following parts: Switch: 2-gang smart switch (SAA certified). Fan: Fantech Trade Rapid Response 200 ducted fan (matches existing duct size). Note: The replacement fan comes with a 3-pin plug, so you will need to install a surface socket (plug base) connected to the existing hardwiring and install the new fan in ceiling. The ceiling cutout will also need to be slightly enlarged to fit the new unit. 3. Switchboard / Meter Consolidation Assessment Task: Inspect the meter box against NSW Service and Installation Rules (SIRs). Context: I currently have two digital meters and want to consolidate to a single smart meter. My retailer is claiming “there is insufficient space for a Mk10D meter (which requires 175mm clearance)” from a 2019 assessment with prior owner but physically there appears to be plenty of room. Requirement: I need a professional assessment to confirm if the current board is compliant for the upgrade. If it is not compliant, please provide a quote for the minimum required board modifications so I can get the retailer back out to install it.

I need an electrician with ACMA for two quick tasks at Jannali. 1. NBN HFC Repair (Priority): I accidentally cut the two coaxial cables (In/Out) inside the external NBN PCD box. I need these re-terminated with F-Type compression connectors and reconnected to the existing CS-4002 isolator. (I have all the parts, just need the ends crimped). 2. Outdoor Light Replacement: Replace one existing hardwired outdoor light with a new unit from Bunnings (already purchased). It is a straight swap onto the existing wiring.

Please see the photo attached regarding the three tasks below. 1- Powerpoint to be installed under the wall mount for the TV 2- Cut the drywall at the top behind the Tv for the cables to go into the wall and another at a lower level behind the entertainment unit for the cables to come out of the wall. I already have the cable plates and the HDMI cables (3x). No need to supply it. I believe there is a horizontal stud between the TV and the entertainment unit, you will need to complete this job in compliance with the regulation/best practices. 3- Install a powerpoint behind the entertainment unit. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 21 July 2022
