Got water on my basement, so I need someone that can remove the tiles in that area and install some drainage. I already have a pit downstairs, so the drainage needs to go there.

There are three old water heaters that are too heavy to move. Need someone with tools and skills to cut them to smaller pieces so that they can be moved and dumped. Water heaters shown in the picture.

Install and remove two toilets to replace old ones. Install vanity with sink, as pictured (brown sink out). Also replace bath tub taps (red out) and laundry taps too (brown taps out, spout to stay). Also install minis in upstairs bathroom to allow removal of laminate bench too. Keen for job to occur asap. Replacement toilet pictured. Any questions, please let me know

I seem to have a blocked pipe somewhere. Two toilets not draining quickly when flushed. Water remains high.

I'd like to say repair but I'm guessing that this unit is on it's last legs. There's a constant trickle of water from the bottom of the tank, which itself looking pretty rusty. So please quote on supply, install and removal of the old unit please.

Tap over laundry tub is constantly dripping. Have also had a few problems with the tap coming off the wall every now and then.
