I’ve received a very high Sydney Water bill (356kL over 90 days) and have isolated the likely cause to my rainwater tank auto top-up system. Current status: • Water meter does NOT move when tank mains top-up valves are closed • When top-up is open, meter previously showed movement • Garden tap near tank was leaking (now stopped) • Tank system includes mains float valve auto top-up • Pump currently unplugged • No evidence of underground mains supply leak Based on isolation testing, this does not appear to be a mains supply line leak. It appears related to the tank auto-refill / float system or downstream tank plumbing. I need a licensed plumber to: • Inspect rainwater tank float valve / auto top-up system • Check for downstream tank plumbing leaks • Confirm system operation • Repair any faulty components • Provide written invoice describing issue and repair (required for Sydney Water hidden leak allowance application) Property located in Cronulla. Hi. I’m looking for someone to install a kitchen tap and reseal sink, as well as a bathroom tap

Replace washers in 6 taps in the main bathroom. 2 are basin taps, 4 are wall mounted taps. Will possibly need tools but I will provide washers

PUR water filter needs to be installed onto tap we have a few bit a pieces but unsure of how to attach it. May need other attachments for it seems fairly simple but unsure.

The water lines will need to be sealed so the water flows only through the main kitchen tap once the filter is removed. I also have the part ready to plug the hole in the benchtop. Should be a quick job — around 15–20 minutes for someone handy or a plumber.
