We have checked the overall dimensions << Replace 1 small bathroom vanity cabinet to accommodate the larger toilet. Convert 2 separate hot/cold taps into 1 mixer tap for the new vanity. Need a plumber to fix a couple of jobs in our house As well as supply and install a new shower head and rail thing. It’s a rental it doesn’t need anything flash just basic & doesn’t need to be a twin shower system . The couple of small things we what fixed is a slight leak in bathroom vanity & same in kitchen sink . Broken 100 MM PVC sewer pipe. mounted under slab at 1.5 meter High. the damage is to around a 2 meters and a 45 degree elbow. also must redo around 5 saddles along the 15 meter pipe run. Must use Galvanised heavy duty saddles.

Plumber to remove redundant Birko boiling water unit from office kitchen and ensure sink taps and zip function after removal. Then need a basic check of the office female toilet as some water on the tiles near the water input, may just need new washer/sealing.
