1. Drain in upstairs bathroom blocked due to accidentaly covering it with floor mat too mamy times. Resulting in mould damage to ceiling in bedroom directly underneath (2 images attached). 2. Simple fix of leaking plumbing for clothes washing machine. Parts on hand. 2 images attached. 3. Side task - assembly of 4 simple chairs (1 image attached - there are two boxes).

Re grout ensuite shower leak. Dye test carried out.
