Hi, I have to install a new 80L smart water tank in attic above the bathroom that I'm about to renovate(marked the location in green), this job including connect to the hot water pipe(marked in red).

We have 3 jobs that need doing: 1. Assemble a 4 burner BBQ (still in box) 2. Put together some Temple and Webster stools (4) 3. Diagnose and hopefully fix why our Fisher and Paykel fridge is leaking water on the floor (seems to be coming from under the fridge). Happy to negotiate on price if this doesn't seem a fair amount.

I need a licensed plumber to fix four small nicks in a pair of hot/cold PEX water pipes (was opening a wall for renovation). I want a slim crimp fitting. I can't locate the brand/spec of the PEX pipe, it appears to be unmarked, but measured it as 17.45 mm diameter.

Looking for an apprentice plumber or great DIY guy to change some of bathroom fittings to give it a refresh may need a tile or 2 replaced I might need to run off to bunnings for new fittings if the ones i have dont fit :P happy to pay by hour or re-asses once your here.

Blocked drain - have attempted to clear with snake and drano but still blocked.

Supply and install a downpipe spreader to the upper roof (above and awning) of my single storey house. The area below the downpipe is tight and I can’t get near enough to provide diameters on the downpipe itself.

Our Geberit recessed flush system on our toilet isn’t working properly. The flush keeps going with the cistern refill process. The little stick that supports the refill step isn’t dripping back into place so the cistern keeps refilling.
