Hello licensed and insured plumber, We need help with two kitchen needing plumbing work done ASAP: Upstairs kitchen (Gyprock wall) 1.Relocate water supply and tap from above kitchen bench to below 2) Relocate sink drain 3) Add additional tap and drain for washing machine outlet Downstairs kitchen (brick wall) 1) terminate current gas supply just above floor 2)Terminate/remove 2 old supply lines 3) Relocate water supply and tap from above kitchen bench to below (chased in brick) 4) Replumb sink drain in approx current location into clay pipe below (no underfloor access avail) 5) Add additional tap and drain for washing machine outlet

I have a shower drain that needs a proper unclogging. It’s slow running and frequently I have to use a chemical unclogger. There’s a bunch of hair/shampoo buildup in there that need to be blasted out. I also have a mixer tap in the bathroom vanity sink that needs replacing/installing. I have the new tap and lines. The current mixer tap is leaking some water from the tap body. If it’s easier to replace the internals of the existing tap I’m happy to go that way. Job is on ground floor. No access issues. The sink is mounted in a bathroom vanity unit but it’s open underneath so everything is visible/accessible and there are shut off valves installed on the 2 water feed lines.

I'm renovating my bathroom and am looking for a plumber to: - install a shaving cabinet - install free standing vanity - install new tapware (provided) for shower, bath and vanity basin No tiling or re-routing of pipes required, just attachment to current points. I have all fixtures and cabinetry, and will have removed the old fixtures and capped off the pipes. Would really like the work to be carried out on either Monday 14 Dec (next week) or Monday 21 Dec.
