I believe their is water damage in the studio. Need someone to someone and find were the water is comming from and fix the problem. I cant put a price yet because price is subject to the problem.

One bathroom shower drains very slow and sometimes during shower water builds up. Sometimes the connected sink also acts up and when putting deain unclogging Liquid we hear a gurgling sound.

Have a seal that looks dirty might have moold just need someone to take it off and reseal it. Botttom of the shower screen on one side it’s less than 1m long

Unplugged Washing machine cold water tap dripping.

I am in Liverpool near Hume highway. I took the cold water pipe under the small sink (for face wash) in the bathroom and I made a new connection to the washing machine ( in bathroom) , now I relocate the washing machine to laundry room. I need a handy man to re connect the cold water pipe to the small sink ( to where it was before) the previous handy man to do this job took 15-20mins to get the job done when connect to my washing machine, my budget 70.00 including GST dollars -thanks
