 2. Wall Access Hatch: Seal the wall access hatch section next to the shower/toilet around all edges with sanitary anti-mould silicone. 3. Tile Patching: Supply and install matching white ceramic tiles over the damaged wall area behind the existing toilet cistern (grout and silicone included).
 4. Disposal: Remove and dispose of old toilet and rubbish.

Hi there, we live in an apartment and we’re looking for a professional/plumber to help us fix a potential leak that might be causing mould issue in our bedroom and bathroom. The rest of our apartment is good apart from our master bedroom with the ensuite bathroom. I think there’s leak from the pipes. We informed strata but have not received any response for months now. Please see photos for your reference. I have entered $500 budget but happy to negotiate price depending on how much work needs to be done. We want to prevent this from happening again so we’re more interested in getting the leak fixed (if pipe leak is actually causing this issue). I cleaned it before with bleach but it keeps happening.
