So when we close the cold tap, it like flicks over and doesn’t tighten properly. We have to close it like in a certain way for it to close. Same thing when opening. I’m not sure what the issue is whether we need the spindle or washer changed but it’s not tightening, it only tightens at an angle. Please give a price when accepting

1- supply & install 2 low level toilet cistern & flushpipe. 2-remove existing cistern 3- connect to existing WC pan & water supply 4- supply & install new mini cistern tap.
They did a great job! Was very quick with responses. Communication was great. Easy to schedule a mutual time to complete the job within a short timeframe. They supplied and installed 2x toilets cisterns and flush pipes, as well as mini cistern taps, along with the required correspondence afterwards. The job itself was done well and at a professional standard. Plumber was friendly and helpful. I’ll most likely be using this Plumber for future jobs

I have a pipe leak between the meter and the house, I’m guessing it’s right under the tap on house side as there is most water pooling up there. Need some one to dig up and repair the leak as the meter is constantly running even though all taps are off. Should be a straight forward dig up, locate and repair.
