I require a qualified tradesperson to inspect and provide a written quote for repairs relating to a leaking shower. The scope of works includes: - Assessing and waterproofing the shower area to stop the leak. - Repairing water damage to the basement ceiling directly below the bathroom, caused by the shower leak. - Providing a detailed written quote outlining the required repairs and costs.
