Plumbing leak through one part of the stainless steel kickplate/skirting in kitchen. Probably piping leaking between the laundry and kitchen sink. Water is clear, mopping up 1 bucket a day.

Hot water system is producing hot water, but certain taps start hot then go warm after a few seconds. Issue affects upstairs bathroom (vanity and shower -no mixer) and laundry. Kitchen tap stays hot. The release water flush valve on outside heater releases very hot water Flow is strong and consistent, only temperature drops. Started immediately after turning mains water off and back on. Suspect temperature / mixing valve issue in system. Looking for diagnosis and fix
Hot Water issue not totally resolved. Improved but full hot Water is not arriving upstairs
