Hi I need a plumbing in two stages , this is for revamp of laundry - 1. Roughing in drainage/water 2. Fit off stage The second stage would be done after the joiner has fixed a new tub ( second picture) The first part need to be done by Monday afternoon and second may be on Tuesday as the joiner would be here The tiles will be Brocken and the taps will go beneath the new tubs This is concrete wall. Need a licenced plumber This is a unit

1. Replace orings/washers in 4 taps (hot/cold for both showerhead and bathtub). 2. Remove and replace tapware in another bathroom. I will supply the tapware.

Laundry tap: hot water is not coming out, and instead leaking from the bottom pipes. The washing machine is also not connected to the hot water. The washing machine is second hand

Need to change hot water valve and jet blast.

I am looking for a qualified plumber to investigate and fix a water pressure issue in my kitchen that started immediately after strata performed maintenance on the building's water pipes. The Issue: The flow is weaker than it was before the strata plumbing work. I believe it causes the dishwasher to display an E1 Error code, indicating a water inlet/filling issue. It seems the pressure is too low for the cycle to start correctly.

Move gas hot water about 2.5m . Checked clearances from window , greater than 500mm Water and gas can be tapped from bottom as it is currently

Kitchen mixer tap is loose/not secured. I tried to tighten it from the inside but the access is difficult because the shelf in the middle cannot be removed (see pictures). Should be a fairly straightforward job for someone with the experience/tools. I'll go with the best offer since it shouldn't take long.

The main gas burner pictured (Smeg gas cooktop) flames out when igniting it. All other gas burners work. It might be an issue with the thermocouple which I've tried to clean but still has the same issue. Or could be related to the plates on the burner. Experience in this sort of job is preferred

Hi, I want to remove and replace the 590mm laundry trough installed in my apartment and replace it with a smaller laundry trough (370mm width) to get more space for the washing machine and dryer. No hot water coming out of any tap , shower head etc. usually there is at least just cold water but this time there is NO water coming out at all when you switch to hot side on taps. Rest of apartment building has hot water only our apartment. Strata says it could be tempering valve issue.
