I have a concealed flush tank. See pictures. This flush is leaking water into commode once it is full. The amount of water it is leaking is very small. It looks like I broke the pneumatic wire while opening it. Flush brand: GROHE Could you please quote how much to fix it. I am happy for you to replace the kit knstead of repairing it.

Water is leaking from the pipe connecting the cistern with the toilet bowl. I turned off the tap leading to the cistern but leaking continued. Also the washer of that tap is worn out. please quote me on that.

It’s two beds apartment. One of the toilet hot water is not hot enough. the hot water in the bathroom isn't heating up properly — the shower and basin only go lukewarm, not actually hot, so it's really not comfortable to shower in this winter weather. The kitchen tap is fine though, so it seems like just the 1 bathroom.

1. **Toilet issue:** The inlet valve was recently replaced because the toilet was making a hissing noise. Since the replacement, the toilet now makes a loud filling noise several times throughout the day, and I can also see water leaking into the toilet bowl. Could this be due to the outlet valve or flush valve needing replacement? 2. **Water pressure issue:** Since the inlet valve was replaced, I've noticed that whenever the toilet cistern is refilling and I turn on a tap, the water pressure drops significantly. Once the cistern has finished filling, the pressure returns to normal. I've also noticed that if one tap is already running and someone opens another tap elsewhere in the house, the water flow from the first tap slows down noticeably. 3. **Foaming in sinks:** Despite trying drain cleaning methods, I'm still getting foam coming up through both the kitchen and bathroom sinks (photo attached). Could anyone please let me know what might be causing this?

Kitchen and Laundry sink keep water, they were filled with water even without using water. Most likely need water pressure, also need to know reason of the issue as keeps happening.
