The metal toilet seat fitting has broken and is rusted in to the toilet bowl. I've sprayed with WD40 to try and loosen but need someone to remove it and replace with new fittings so the current toilet seat can be restored.
Great work. Friendly and efficient. Arrived promptly and removed the rusted broken fittings so I can get a new toilet seat tomorrow. Definitely a handy man.

Toilet will flush once and not refill cistern (no noise of water refilling). Used to refill after a few days, but not anymore. The fill valve does not output water even if I slide the float cup up and down. When moving the cup down near the bottom, there is a certain point where it makes a small hydraulic noise for a moment.
