Find an experienced plumber in Five Dock

Toilet has loosened from the floor, and creaks/wobbles when leaned on. Just want it re-secured to the floor.

We have tried to unclog the bathroom sink however it is still holding water and not draining properly when in use.

Soft close function stopped working

Toilet cistern won’t stop running. I opened the lid and discovered the internal plastic mechanism (fill/inlet valve) is broken and loose. The water kept running and wouldn't stop, so I’ve turned off the water supply at the tap for now to prevent overflow. Need someone to inspect and replace the internal fill valve (and flush valve if needed). Please bring parts Located in five dock. Flexible with timing but would prefer this to be fixed ASAP.

- Tap aerator installation (it’s a little hard and I don’t have a wrench to remove the existing one) - shower tap is not working (shower is working just the tap below isn’t) - need to get water out of the tap below

Unit apartment hot water temperature not high enough. I think the job just needs someone knows how to locate and turn up the hot water valve. Not sure about the rate for the job. Please quote. Thanks.
