Current tap is leaking from the handle. I have purchased a new tap and need it installed.

Kitchen mixer connections and hose are leaking when in use. Leak more apparent from mixer hose but building inspector also called out connection to wall. Looking for someone to have a look and either repair or more likely replace (plumbing skill set)
