I need a second person to assist in my deck re-build. We are currently re-laying the joists (getting the levels right) and will shortly be installing new decking boards. There’s a few square metres to cover. My friend is excellent and is doing the job for me, but he’s getting older and I need someone to work with him (two men to carry boards etc). He tends to work 9-5 so if your hours can match that is ideal. Need some flexibility on days won’t be on this every day, and but would appreciate your help when we can get it. Require x7 commercial cabins vinyl flooring to be buffed out (ie either sanded and varnished or any other professional method) and mopped clean afterwards ready for a site inspection. There is on average 5x 20cm superficial scratches in each 7 commercial cabins. Would be great if someone could come today or early Monday. Carper steam cleaning and flea pest treatment in two bedroom apartment. I need a certificate to present to the agent. Carpet in leaving area, coridor and 2 rooms. Carpet is almost brand new, no stubborn stains. Apartment is on the second floor ~50 steps from the garage. No lift.

Need the laminate flooring patch and make good a small square section in the kitchen. I do have some spare parts that left in the garage, which can be used for fixing. Supply scotia trim 30m, so living room & kitchen all the old trim are removed & replaced with new.
