The screws holding the rear rollers on the sliding door have pulled out of the door. The same thing has happened previously to the front roller. The problem is the door slides into a cavity in the wall and there is no easy way to remove the door or get good access. About the only way to fix it is to use some wedges underneath the door to take the weight off the roller, an L shaped phillips head screwdriver to tighten up the screws as best as possible and get some epoxy in there using a lollipop stick to glue the roller to the door. So bring some disposable wedges and long setting strong epoxy.

I have a small laundry space that is closed by two bi-fold doors. The track and pivot of the right bi-fold door are damaged and the door doesn't close properly. See the photos for a clearer description. I am looking for a decent fix, the budget is obviously flexible based on needs. Thank you in advance.

My balcony window sliding doors were taken out during a balcony renovation. The sliding fly screen doors were not put back properly and there is a gap at either side. The flyscreen doors are approximately 2.4m tall and 1.7m wide.

One of our office doors slams heavily when people are in and out. I believe the strenghth of the door control/ closer needs to be adjusted so there is a few second delayed.
