Fix a B&D roller door. Automatic sensor and roller cable is working, but the roller teeth are disengaged after being had to manually open post a power outage. Should be simple fix. While here give the door a quick look over/service.

The address is in st Ives chase My shower glass door has become very hard to open and close. Sometimes I need to use a lot of force, and it makes a loud “clicking” or “cracking” sound when moving. It seems the bottom hinge (pivot hinge) is either rusted, misaligned, or seized up. I’d like someone to: • Inspect the door hinges (especially the bottom one) • Clean and lubricate the hinge mechanism • Adjust the door alignment if needed • Replace the hinge if it’s rusted or damaged (please bring a compatible one if possible)

Needs sliding screens replaced. They have come off tracks and are ripped.

I have 4 doors that are in need of repainting. One is badly damaged by dog scratching.

The top screw/bracket has come loose and needs to be properly reattached. See photo, its the top hinge or track bracket thats detached from the frame simply bc i bumped into the door accidentally. - The clips (hinges) between folding door panels needs re-adjusting or re-aligning. The panels are not aligned properly so they can fold and close easily as intended. This should be a very quick job for someone with experience fixing cabinet/folding doors. Please bring your tools

Parts of the Outdoor paving are made uneven by tree roots and some tiles are cracked by the weight of the car. We need the paving to be leveled and repaired. We have spare tiles, but I'm unsure if they are like-for-like. I am happy for people to visit, inspect the task and give me a firm price

The sliding door wheels came out of track. Need to put it back into its position.
