Door trimmed, hung and door hand installed

Our front door is sticking, ideally you’d shave the top and fix the locking mechanism. Also our screen door is not closing properly. We have an ikea shelf that needs hanging into brick exterior wall. We are looking for a builder to give us quotes on fixing our back door that’s moved.

Due to switching light fittings, a couple of holes need to be plastered - I have a patching kit, but don’t have a plaster saw, which you’ll need.
 There’s a join in the wall that we’ve needed to take out in order to tile, and it needs to be cut down (already sanded both wood piece + walls) and positioned back in to be painted over.
Doors have been painted, need to be hung, 5 door handles need to have new holes drilled and be screwed in.

There will need to be some chisel/routing done on the door frame to fit the new strike plate and white plastic backing. Also ensuring the alignment of the door for proper latching. Would prefer an experienced door fitter. Often work from home during the day and visitor parking available in Fitzroy.
