I’ve purchased a new front door entrance set (lock and handle) and am looking for someone to remove the existing hardware and install the new kit. The entrance set includes all required components (as shown in the photo). If possible, I’d also like someone to fill and sand the old 'indent' in the timber frame where the old latch sat so it is flush/invisible. I’d also like a centre door knob installed on the exterior side of the door. I already have this handle as well.

Hi, I have moved into a period-style house and there is a large 50-60mm gap at the bottom of the front door. The gap is on a slant (larger towards door handle) and there is a draft stopper on the front screwed in, but it doesn’t work as it is positioned too high above the ground (see pictures). I need a temporary but secure fix to keep drafts out and repel mice and insects etc while I look for permanent solutions
