My front door is scraping on the bottom. I need it shaved down. This will require taking the door off the hinge, shaving the botttom and then applying primer and reattaching the door.

We had new floors put in, and an interior door removed temporarily to accommodate the higher floor level. The door needs about 10mm removed along the bottom, then it can be rehung. The hinges are still attached but screws will need to be supplied.

1. All internal door handles (x7) to be replaced. Replacement handles already purchased. 2. Front door needs slight realignment, and weather sealing. We don’t have any of the weather seals so will require this to be part of the quote. 3. Back sliding glass door doesn’t slide smoothly, and needs a new lock and handle. Need to replace an internal door that was fitted externally to our house when we bought it. It’s fallen off its hinge. Replacing with second hand external door and also need a dog door fitted. Will supply replacement door, locks and dog door.

One frame of the French door needs realignment. Needs: -adjust door hinges and realign door panel within frame -adjust/reposition strike plate so latch engages and locks correctly.

Back door of this rental property was broken due to a faulty smoke alarm with nobody home. Fire brigade kicked down the door. All of the hardware and large parts of the door have been saved and are on site. Pictures attached. I need a quote to FULLY REINSTATE the door and frame to previous condition. This includes any repairs/replacement of door and door frame, plus painting, plus disposal of old door. If replacing the door, it can be a solid wood door only - i.e no frosted glass necessary. I’ve purchased a new front door entrance set (lock and handle) and am looking for someone to remove the existing hardware and install the new kit. The entrance set includes all required components (as shown in the photo). If possible, I’d also like someone to fill and sand the old 'indent' in the timber frame where the old latch sat so it is flush/invisible. I’d also like a centre door knob installed on the exterior side of the door. I already have this handle as well.
