The front door and gate to our house are very stiff to open. We're not sure what the issue with the gate is but we suspect the issue with the frontdoor is that it swells during winder and it was recently painted during the summer and now it's a little too big for the frame. We can see points near the top and bottom on the long edge of the door that are having their paint rubbed off.

Take off, slightly shave down, and rehang original door (no longer closers due to movement in the floor)

My shower screen door is not alining properly

The wood outside the doors has rotted and needs replacing. There are windows both sides of the door and it is possible that the whole unit will need replacing.

Hello. I have 3 window winders I need removed - they all have 1-way screws so would need to use something like this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EWl1ZqWkIrw&ab_channel=DIYAroundTheHome). None of the winders work so the chain that joins the winder and the window would also need to be cut with a grinder.
