Door closer on the Level 2 men’s bathroom door near the kitchen is coming loose from the frame. The wood screws appear to be pulling out which causes the mechanism to drop and the arms to catch on the top of the door. When the door is opened firmly it rattles and shifts further. Looking for someone with their own tools and part to fix this, to properly secure and re mount the door closer, ensure the screws are correctly seated and check alignment so the door opens and closes smoothly and safely.
