We tried to open the right side window at the front of the property and the wooden frame split at the bottom. The wood is really soft and I think it may just be due to water damage over time. The glass pane has come away from the frame a little bit. We are keeping the window closed to minimise any further damage. I’ve attached some pictures for you to see! The door leading from the garage to the back courtyard also appears to have some water damage. The door itself is swollen at the top and doesn’t fit properly into the frame, and the lock mechanism isn’t working, meaning we’re unable to secure the garage at the moment. Manual roller door to garage has come off track and is jammed - the door won't open or shut. The bottom left side of the roller door has also come loose from the timber post and needs to be screwed back in.
