Sliding door needs rehanging

hello i would like to. * replace the outdoor patio roof with polycarbonate roof sheets . ( there are about 10 sheets ) please see roof pictures . the existing sheets will be removed beforehand * fix the door so it opens and closes properly . please see pictures of the door with plastic windows and patch up the holes. if it is not possible to fix replace the frontal area and put a door. the problem at the moment is the roof has holes in it and water is leaking in .

Ther door lock is jammed. It might be a case of just jiggling it the right way, unmounting it to fix it or just replace the whole part. See images to assess and provide advice. I'm providing a budget that includes the spare part in case it needs to be replaced. The sooner the better.

A bunch of carpentry jobs here: - Installation of a cat door in a standard plywood back door (we have the cat door - a Bunnings purchase); - Cut hole through back security door, which is metal, to allow cat door to open; - Attach door handle to back security door (top screw bed needs to be re-drilled, as screw currently won’t attach); - Shave backdoor inner and cut into door latch lock bed to allow the back door to close and lock properly (the door has moved with property movement, and the door latch sits too low); - For three internal doors, adjust door latch to enable doors to be pulled shut (door movement has resulted in latches not contacting metal latch bed). I’m guessing at the cost here, so please quote as needed. If it’s out if my budget, I may limit the jobs to the more urgent ones. Cheers! Damian

We’d like to install a new door with a dog door. We’re in a rental and want our dog to be able to go in/our on his own. The frame is narrower than a standard size, so the new door will likely need to cut it down to size.

I need assistance with two tasks for my pet door insert and kennel roof. You'll need to remove the female latch from the existing door frame and attach it to the plate so that the door can latch properly. This will involve using a hand drill with a 3mm bit and a screwdriver. Task 2: Attach the Colorbond roof to the kennel. The roof already has existing holes, and you will need to secure it with six screws. Unsure what drill bit you will need - please refer to the attached picture. Tools Required: - Hand drill with a 3mm bit - Screwdriver Please note that I have all materials, including the aluminium plate, female latch, screws – just need someone handy with the right tools! - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 5 May 2023

Bedroom door isn’t latching. I have tightened the hinges, but it seems the door needs to be lifted another way. I only have a video that unfortunately can’t be uploaded. Please bring tools as I won’t have enough. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 21 November 2023

I would like a lock smith to look and hopefully fix the slightly loose latch of the door handle on my front entrance door. The best way I can describe it is with adding these photos. I had this issue for some time and I do feel that one day i simply will not be able to open the door if the latch does not retract fully. The function works well using the external knob however not with internal knob (and there is no function to permanently fix the movement inside the cavity of the latch).

I’ve got two doors which need a handyman to look at them and fix. One is a bathroom pocket sliding door which tucks away into the wall. I think it has come off its hinge up at the top rail and needs adjusting/fixing. The other is our bedroom door handle which has become loose and no longer engages the lock. - Due date: Flexible
