We have an existing pocket door that is hung crooked and doesn’t close flush to the wall. We need it rehung, but also need to put a latch on it so it will stay closed. Would like advice on best way to latch it, ideally a magnetic catch strong enough to keep pets out but easy to open. I’ll buy the latch you recommend before you come.

My painted internal bedroom door only closes if I push/pull it hard. It seems to be catching/rubbing on the frame, or the latch/hinges may be slightly misaligned. I need someone to inspect and fix it neatly. Prefer hinge adjustment or latch/strike plate alignment first. If sanding/planing is required, please keep it neat and advise if paint touch-up is needed. Hi, we need three things done please: 1 - a kitchen cupboard door has become misaligned on its hinges, and now closes too closely to another door. The cupboard door requires adjustment (see pictures) 2 - we have a number of window winders that are broken and either need repair or replacement (see pictures) 3 - front door does not latch correctly, and needs to be slammed to lock properly.
