The internal to garage is hard to close, it swings inwards fine but have to pull hard for it to close into door frame. The door to rooftop deck has the same issue. Total two doors need to be fixed

There are 4 internal doors that need adjusting so the latch fully recedes. Currently the doors all open but are somewhat difficult to open quietly. Adjust 2 hinges on Kitchen pantry door which have come off.
