Graffiti on the fire hydrant box to be painted over. The fire hydrant box is slightly dented and will need to be straightened/hammered back into place prior to painting. External office windows to be professionally cleaned. The small garden/nature strip outside the office requires weeding and general tidying/maintenance. Patch and paint small hole in door.

I have a tilt garage door (“Tiltador” on the garage door handle). The metal bar holding the spring was snapped and now the garage door cannot be opened.

My bathroom door is a sliding door, and when closed fully, there is a gap at the bottom (see photos), presumably from being unaligned/being tilted. Not sure if it's a roller issue perhaps. I have the same issue with the downstairs sliding door (see photos) that opens to the backyard. It doesn't seem to fully close, leaving a gap at the bottom. If I lift it, I can close it fully, but it drops down again with the gap if I let go. I can't see anywhere to adjust the height of the door, so was looking for someone else to take a look. Budget negotiable
