I have had new doors installed in my home and they are not fitted right. They are hitting the walls and need to be slammed to close. I had 5 doors put in. 2 seem fine, the bathroom one is a little sticky but I think that’s just a winter issue. The 2 bedroom doors are the worst and 1 won’t even close. I have attempted to fix it and probably made it even worse. Doors are labelled in the pics door 1 and 2. As you can see door 1 is pretty bad as it’s hitting in 2 spots. They are brand new doors and I’m worried about them getting even more damaged than they are. I have also snapped a screw in one of the hinges trying to add longer screws as I read that can help. Help would be much appreciated. I’m sure it’s a quick job for someone who is much more talented then me.

The ropes on two of the sash windows of my 1950s weatherboard are old and broken so my window doesn't stay open. I'd like both ropes on each window replaced and reconnected back to the weights. I'd like it done ASAP as my painter is about to start. I'll mean you can scrape off paint to get at the screws etc and any damage can be fixed when it's re-painted.

I'd like someone to make aluminium fly screens for the sash windows in my weatherboard house please. I'll supply materials (aluminium frame,corner connectors, spline and flywire) as well as tools (saw, mitre, spline roller, stanley knife). I'll need you to measure the windows, cut the frame, join it together, fit the flywire and attach each completed fly screen to the windows. Note: I had this request task listed a few months back but rearranged my to do list so didn't accept any offers to go ahead with it. But, now the outside of the house is painted, it's time to get new flyscreens on!
