Matching door uninstall/install new door

Hi terence, I have three door knobs that I need replaced as old ones not working. I can buy them and ask you to install. There is also two cupboard doors that need the hinges adjusted so not scraping the floor. Also have a couple of outside tiles that are chipped and just need to be glued down. I don't have glue. i can send photos

There are two aluminum privacy screens that were removed from window before, now I want to install them back into position. They are located on the first floor with platform in front of the window for you to work on. A long stair and a six-angle-star screwdriver is needed.

Few dents and holes on the walls of staircase and the rumpus needs paint and repair, also the wardrobe door has a dent that needs fixing. See pictures.

My garage door was working fine till this morning but now not able to close it half way through. I tried manual way too but not pulling down completely. Not sure what’s the issue but need someone to look into this and help fixing it. It’s United doors garage door

A four panel folding door need to be installed, has structure detail drawings, installation instruction video and all the components containing in the door part (door frame, sliding rail and panels). However the wall is not a load-bearing wall, might have to add timber studs behind. Project has to be done early or mid March, builders/contractors need to be VBA registered and licensed. If job completes well there are some more renovations in the house need to be done (two bathrooms)
