I have an old 60’s orange brick unit. The garage door frame is rotting and needs replacing. I have the door - just the frame needs replacing, and my door to be re-installed. The existing door already has a standard door handle and lock which I want to keep using. Ps: the current door swings inward, I’d like this door to swing outward. Two jobs for a handyman. 1) Front door sticking The front door is sticking when you try to open it from the inside. You have to pull hard to get it open. We’d like it adjusted/planed/re-hung so it opens and closes smoothly. 2) Back gate realignment The back gate is also sticking and is very hard to push open. It likely needs to be realigned and adjusted so it swings and latches properly. The back gate needs a few nails in it too This weekend, or next weekend would be preferable rather than a weekday.
