Need someone to install a toilet seat. The seat are already here, just need it fitted correctly.

The curtain rod is currently fixed to the architrave, and has pulled the architrave away from the wall. I would like the curtain rod fixed just above the architrave securely, and the architrave reattached.

The curtains are pretty heavy and was installed 2 years ago, it only attached to the wall with 3 fixing points which now the rods came loose from the wall. Trying to find someone who could provide a solution. The rod is total 3.3meters.

Two jobs for a handyman. 1) Front door sticking The front door is sticking when you try to open it from the inside. You have to pull hard to get it open. We’d like it adjusted/planed/re-hung so it opens and closes smoothly. 2) Back gate realignment The back gate is also sticking and is very hard to push open. It likely needs to be realigned and adjusted so it swings and latches properly. The back gate needs a few nails in it too This weekend, or next weekend would be preferable rather than a weekday.

Looking for someone to build and install a door my walk in. Doesn’t have to look exactly the same as the en-suite (doesn’t have to be glass, happy for it to be a wooden door, ideally painted white to match the rest of the room) - prefer the door to be hinged to swing both inwards and outwards.

Fix the small hairline crack on marble bench running from sink through the tap faucet to the back wall. If possible check if tap faucet is over tightened causing this crack.

I am purchasing a freestanding wood fire heater and I need someone to install the flue. The heater is on a Ground floor level of a 2-storey home. The flue would go through the ceiling of the ground floor level and out the roof thencontinue vertically up past the second level roof, be braced back to that wall.
