Handyman is required to nail the metal portion of the roof to the wooden frame (check photos). A simple job but you need to be comfortable working from tall ladder. Possibly will need a drill. Secondly, it will be great if you can hang our painting too on the wall too. We think that it will take 1 hour max to do this job. We have several other jobs for handyman in the house. Someone is local or willing to travel to Croydon will be great for on-going project too.

Need a large heavy picture hung

Kitchen sink tap leaking due to loose and rusted bottom edge/seal. Tap need to be replaced with the new one that I provided. Tge cost should include all services and materials except for cost of tap mixer which will be provided by me. May require sink opening to access bolts underneath tap (see attached photo).
