I would like to have someone come and complete the following jobs: Replace some rotting floorboards in cubby house, fix fire guard/surround to concrete wall, hang some coat rails and repair and paint fascia board (I have the paint). There may also be some other small jobs so I would be keen to have an hourly rate rather than paying for the jobs. Just keen to meet someone local who may be able to assist with this and other things in the future.

I’m needing three bifold door panels installed. The frame is installed already :) located in warburton

We have a home in Warburton Victoria with metal fireblinds on every window. The largest picture window in the main bedroom has a approx 20 mm flat nylon retractor cord that is used to raise and lower the blind from inside the bedroom but it frayed and snapped during lockdown last year leaving the blind down ever since. The window is a second-story window with a corrugated roof on a verandah beneath the window but the roller box for the blind is about 12 m from the ground. I need someone experienced and insured for work at heights to replace the cord and get the blind working properly.
