FP and carpentry work, small job

I need exchange old windows shutters in two rooms and fixing plantation shutters on one window as they aren’t installed properly and won’t open all the way. It seems to be about 1cm higher than the pelmet. Both windows need to be cleaned, and the netting has to be removed. I provide the cleaning products and the winders. Wednesday during business hours will suit the best.

Motorised roller blinds have stopped working and unsure if they require recharge or new batteries/motors installed. Motorised roller blinds have no brand name that I can see and there are two of these located upstairs and downstairs. No remote. Operated by wall switch.

One of our cupboard doors has come off and the old style hinge is broken. I bought new hinges but they require a router to insert (which I don’t have). I’d like someone to put the door on new hinges or route the hole required and put the door on the hinges I bought

We have a pigeon problem. They are roosting under our shop awning and leaving a mess all over the footpath. We would like some bird spikes installed I. Various locations under the awning to get the birds to move on.

Our new apartment cabinetry has a hole too small to put the cords through for Meile machines. Needs a drill bit with wide circle. Then connect hoses to water - must be experienced with this, please specify. Hang several paintings. There might be a couple of extra little things.

Require weatherboards replaced. About 5-6 different boards x 4.3 metres in length. Also small section of skirting to be replaced. Require supply and fitting. Removal of old ones from wall, but can be left at the property as I will dispose of. No painting, just supply and fix to wall. Happy to pay based upon hourly rate + materials.

2 sliding doors need fixing. One is only partially closing and seems to have come off it’s rail. The other is misaligned and is not closing quite fully.
