Find an experienced handyman in Darling South

Looking at replacing our Frankie kitchen sink to a blanco kitchen sink. Specs look the same . It’s a new build & we’ve simply changed our mind & want 1 bowl not 2 seperate bowls. Attached are the specs.

I need a metal flyscreen installed on this door. It will need the metal trim/ flat bar to hold the screen in place. I want the solid type not the flimsy plastic mesh.

I need a hole in plasterboard patched up

I need a handy person with tools and materials for a bunch of different odd jobs around the house including; - Hang approx 15 pictures/paintings and mirror. Some into brick but most into plaster. 2 are quite heavy (maybe 10kgs) the rest are light. - put together some flat packs. 2 timber outdoor storage boxes and 1 bookshelf - fix a misaligned cupboard door - remove some excess grout from splash back tiles (I have the tool for this one) - high pressure hose down of porch and surrounding walls (I have the karcher hose for this) - hang a shelf - replace an internal door handle (I have the new handle) - replace a wardrobe knob - fix a toilet seat that has come off (I think it needs to be glued back onto the base?) - hang 2 roller blinds (I have the blinds) I expect all these jobs will take most of the day. I’ll be around to help too if needed.

I have a Heat n Glo Mezzo 1300 AUB fireplace. It has a RC300 remote. The remote has always worked but this morning it has somehow un-paired itself from the fireplace. The remote is still fully functional, just not communicating with the fireplace anymore. Need help finding the control module for the fireplace, and putting it in pair mode again so that the remote will work again. Fireplace is a 2-sided see through fireplace that's built into a floating wall. I've removed the front panels but haven't been able to obviously see the control module.

Putting up the 3 lights on ceiling the house

we have 2 over head kitchen cupboard which are currently open as per pictures. we would like to instal black cupboard doors to cover the top two third of the cupboard. they can sit outside the carcass , if they need to sit inside, the shelves will need to be trimmed back if there is some legal requirement for them to sit like that. So basicall we are happy for them to sit outside the caracass. each opening is 69cm high. the internal carcass is 79cm wide. I have no idea what this would cost, so putting down a silly price to be negotiable

Reattach blind to roller, child pulled it off. Repair bottom of blind that has slightly come out of the rail at end.

We require an electrician to install a ceiling fan. There is currently a pendant light in the position where we would like the fan. We are providing the fan so just labour only.

Need to stall about 6 hooks into outdoor wall (cement rendered). It’s to hang out door lights.

I have two outdoor umbrellas that I need taken down and a new one put up..I would like the two umbrellas taken away as well… out of interest one has one bent arm but goes up and the other needs the string restrung and you can find that on YouTube if anyone wants to reuse the umbrella..the new one going up is in first photo and is very similar and needs to be bolted into the wooden deck
