Render an outdoor covered pergola walls. 3 walls (left, right and back walls). Across all 3 it is roughly 32 square meters. I want a microcement finish, similar to Dulux Creativo® Microcement range. You need to do all the pre preparation, sealing, etc and the final render. Photo of pergola is attached. There is a window you would need to render around, all other 2 walls have no obstructions at all.

4 ceiling fans to be installed in rooms which are upstairs and 3 downstairs in the lounge and kitchen. Upstairs there is roof access. For the fans, these are new connections so not replacing any current light connections. I will need the downlights to continue working.
