Bathroom Towel Rail Repair & Secure Reinstallation (Wall Damage) Hi, My bathroom towel rail has come loose from the wall, with the left bracket pulling out and damaging the plasterboard around it (see photos). The rail is no longer secure and won’t sit straight. I’ve already tried tightening the fixing using a 2.5mm hex key, but it didn’t resolve the issue. Scope of work: - Repair and patch the damaged plasterboard around the left bracket - Reinstall the towel rail so it is level, secure, and properly aligned - Preferred fix: secure into a stud or timber backing where possible - If stud fixing is not feasible, use appropriate heavy-duty anchors (e.g. toggle bolts / hollow wall anchors — not standard plugs) - Assess and reinforce the right bracket to prevent similar failure - Ensure a clean, neat finish around the repaired area Important: Looking for a durable, long-term fix, not just reusing existing holes or a quick patch that may fail again. On closing item obstructed it closing and runners off frame and bent can’t close

4 ceiling fans to be installed in rooms which are upstairs and 3 downstairs in the lounge and kitchen. Upstairs there is roof access. For the fans, these are new connections so not replacing any current light connections. I will need the downlights to continue working. Assuming you will need to run new cables from a new on/off switch to those fans. For the lights it would be the same one. And lastly install an external GPO (alfresco region)
