Spring replqcement of Tilt door garage

I have a problematic alignment in a 90° cupboard hinge (top one). The hinge mount itself is moving, so may need a hinge plate. The other hinges aren't ideal as well. Bottom line, that entire corner needs adjustment/ plates / hinge replacement?

The tollet door needs replacing I bought a door from Bunnings and I need someone to install it. I plan to reuse the handle hinges etc as they are in good condition. I noticed the door is about 0.5 cm too tall and will need to be adjusted to fit. You will need to install the door including fitting the handle, hinges and other accessories. I’ll pay for hardware and there’s a Bunnings next to me if any piece is missing. I WFH several times a week so flexible with date and time

Hi guys, I need your help (either handyman or tiler) to fix a small tile section and patch 3 holes on wall (2 big one are 10cm wide) and 2 small holes (due to old screws, just remove it). House is in Clarinda, which 3’ drive from my house in Oakleigh South. The bottom section/row of tiles (left, right and centre) on the door steps are falling off and unstable as previous tiler didn’t do it properly. Need to glue it back again properly and regrout that small section and fix tiny crack. The old tiles behind new tiles are the old glossy tiles (please see the photo attached of old glossy tiles). Please use weatherproof/waterproof grout and adhesive. This job is Oakleigh South. Please let me know if you can do it. Thank you, Steve
