Hi, I’m looking for someone to tidy up some minor wall damage and finishing work after an air conditioning installation. The job includes: 1. Sanding down uneven plaster and repairing minor wall marks and scratches. 2. Smoothing the repaired wall surfaces and touching up the paint to match the existing white wall. 3. Removing excess filler/sealant around the air conditioning trunking. 4. Neatly finishing the edges and gaps around the trunking using suitable filler or caulk. All work is at the same property. Please refer to the attached photos. I’d like everything to look clean, smooth and tidy. Please provide a quote including labour and materials. Thank you!

I want to repair a sliding door. Internal cavity sliding door at a commercial premises is stuck in the closed position. It had been getting harder to slide and has now jammed completely.

A section of the wall is slightly wet and the painting is peeling off. I checked the dampness on the surface and it’s high. Can someone check where is the water leaking from and protect the surface from dampness. Budget to be discussed based on the issue.

I have a problematic alignment in a 90° cupboard hinge (top one). The hinge mount itself is moving, so may need a hinge plate. The other hinges aren't ideal as well. Bottom line, that entire corner needs adjustment/ plates / hinge replacement?

Hi guys, I need your help (either handyman or tiler) to fix a small tile section and patch 3 holes on wall (2 big one are 10cm wide) and 2 small holes (due to old screws, just remove it). House is in Clarinda, which 3’ drive from my house in Oakleigh South. The bottom section/row of tiles (left, right and centre) on the door steps are falling off and unstable as previous tiler didn’t do it properly. Need to glue it back again properly and regrout that small section and fix tiny crack. The old tiles behind new tiles are the old glossy tiles (please see the photo attached of old glossy tiles). Please use weatherproof/waterproof grout and adhesive. This job is Oakleigh South. Please let me know if you can do it. Thank you, Steve
