Change door knob to a new door knob with lock. Already ordered 2 new door knobs so just need someone with a screwdriver to change it and drill one of the doors to match new door knob

Electric roller shutter. Motor struggling to raise up shutter. I have removed the cover for inspection. No jam ups found. Shutter will raise up if assisted by lifting the weight of slats. Motor need replacement from the looks of it. Th window is around 2.6-2.8 meters wide. Install, supply all materials, and put up motor cover again.
