We bought this Vuly trampoline last year some time and we paid extra for a guy to install it but as you can see he has not done it correctly. The poles that hold the mesh are meant to lean outwards to hold the tension of the netting but he has not installed them correctly and they are all dropping inwards as you can see in the pictures. The basketball ring spins around as well as it has also not been installed correctly. I need someone who knows what they are doing to come and fix this. It shouldnt take too long if you know what your doing which i do not, nor have the time. We have a party on the Sunday 5th November so would be good if i can get someone in on the Saturday 4th November to fix prior to the party.
