Find an experienced handyman in Clarinda

Hi i have some swelling / rot on the inside of wooden windows frames. Very small amount , but needs to be cleaned, sealed, bogged and painted, to keep moisture out. I can supply bog and paint. Price is for doing job and bringing own paintbrush

We have a 4.5m x 2.25 easyshed that we need help assembling. We can provide 2 adults, but need someone with kit assembly confidence and a drill, for approx 6 hours. Preferred day is Friday.

Looking for someone with experience assembling EasyShed or similar metal sheds. I’ve completed most of the assembly of an EasyShed Bike Shed, however some sections may need adjustment or partial disassembly to ensure everything lines up correctly. The front doors and some panels may need to be realigned or reinstalled before the remaining assembly can be completed. Tasks may include: • Assessing the current assembly • Correcting any misaligned panels or framing • Adjusting or reinstalling the front doors if required • Completing the remaining assembly • Ensuring everything is square and operating correctly All parts and instructions are available, and I can provide photos of the current progress. Ideally looking for someone who has assembled EasyShed products before.

10 year Old motorised outside roller blind has power going to it but won’t open. Stuck in closed position.

The roller blinds came off then I reinstalled the chain but now the blinds are stuck. It is rollable with force but the chains then come off again

Looking for a ballpark price per metre for wooden paling fence (standard heigh for rear boundary of a residential property) and how much for additional lattice topper?

Apply glue and a couple of screws to a corner joint of frame as shown in picture. Requires to access from the roof.
