Got a hole in drywall the size of a shoe needs fixing

I built a 5 × 7 m granny flat and need some electrical work done. No plastering has been done yet. • Run one direct cable from the main switchboard (~15 m, 2.5 mm) • Extend an existing 2.5 mm cable near the granny flat under the main building’s roof • Supply and install a mini switchboard (2 circuits) • Wiring and supply for 8 downlights • Wiring and supply for 8 double power points • Install 4 light switches • Supply and install 1 external double power point

Looking to install Glass Balustrade on the front entrance stairway with handrails. Total length approx 2 meters

There is a small hole in plaster wall (about 5x5cm) that requires repairing. A roller blind mount had been embedded in the wall and was pulled off leaving the damaged wall.

Replace light switch and move power point across to the right

I will be removing 3 window ACs and need the inside plastered up and ready for painting. There are also 6 down light holes that need filling and roughly 3 extraction fan holes in the roof that need to be filled. No painting required.

I have a few holes that need patching and painting back to original colour, they are not to big but some are medium size

Plasterer to stop up and finish 2 x “cove” cornice / 3.7m 4 x internal angles / 2.6m

Sauna to be rewired to comply. Need glass door and Cedar bench inside

The ceiling in one of the upstairs bedrooms is sagging. Wanting to get a plasterer to inspect and quote on how much it would cost to repair. There are also some hairline cracks along the plaster and also an exposed nail.

We have several holes in walls to be plastered ready for painting. Approximate dimensions: Room 1: 900mm x 840mm Room 2: 670mm x 470mm Plus 3 x small (electrical switches removed) Room 3 (laundry): 1060mm x 600mm Plus 1070mm x 1500mm (roughed in taps to plaster around) Room 4: 1000mm x 660mm Room 5 (pantry lining): 2 panels 1330mm x 500mm and 1 panel 1330mm x 700mm Room 6: one small approx 100mm round hole in ceiling Query what to do about patch which is still intact but the paper surface layer of the plaster is all torn (see photo) - can this be smoothed out for painting or should it be replaced too? Please let me know your availability with your offer too. We’re hoping for sooner the better so we can start painting. The hole on the drywall ceiling in the garage needs to be repaired. There was a water leak above the ceiling which caused this hole (the water leak is now fixed. The area has dried out and now needs to be repaired. The area around the hole is sagging as can be seen from the pictures, those parts need to be repaired and fixed as well. - Due date: Flexible

To replace in ceiling due to partial collapse approx 37 sq metres straightforward job no insulation is needed this is in a garage under the roof line - Due date: Flexible
