Need a patch of plaster fixed on a bathroom wall, hole is a little smaller than plywood and extends all the way to the edge.

I’m looking to get an estimate to repair some cracks on the external wall. There is a vertical crack on the external rendered façade, which starts from above the window opening and continues downward across multiple sections of the wall. I have attached photos for your reference. I would appreciate if you could: * Provide an approximate cost estimate to repair the cracks * Advise whether this appears to be cosmetic (render only) or if it may indicate a potential structural issue * Suggest the recommended repair approach The property is a relatively new build (2023), so I am trying to understand the severity of the issue before proceeding further.
