Looking for an experienced window repairer to quote on restoration of one awning (push-out) aluminum frame window at my home. Please supply all parts. What needs doing: Fly screen mesh has come away from the frame at the bottom-right corner and is torn. Re-mesh or replace the screen, fitted properly and cleaned up. Screen/window frame – aluminium frame needs checking, cleaning and any loose or damaged sections fixed so the screen sits flush. Winder – the window winder/handle at the base needs inspecting and repairing or replacing so the window opens and closes smoothly. How I'd like to run it: Stage 1 – $50 for an on-site inspection and a quote for the full restoration, including all parts and labour. Stage 2 – if I proceed with your quote, the $50 is credited towards the total price. Availability: I work from home, so weekdays are easiest for both the inspection and the repair. im hoping to get the kitchen wall fixed up (reconcreted/rendered/plastered) for kitchen install, and later tiling/splashback, following getting the taps changed from wall to mixer. the place is an old (1970s) ground floor apartment, and the wall is double brick. the plumbing, and an electrical line, run in the void (refer photos)... nb the old tile adhesive, visible in the photo, is extremely easy to remove by hand; behind is the bare brick... also nb, the (previously tiled) wall area is approx 2.1m wide x 1m price is negotiable

the place is an old (1970s) 1br apartment, with brick/plaster/concrete walls (refer photos)... im looking to get 2 new outlets installed in the kitchen, and one moved higher... 1 has no existing cabling, and one could (maybe) use cabling from a (removed) electric hot water service (on its own circuit, refer photos). i am also wanting to upgrade 4 or more other powerpoints, from single to double outlet. price is negotiable

We have three areas that need plastering. External (fire grade), and a patch in garage and bedroom (to be cut out and RE plastered). Following plaster, the rooms or area will also need to be painted. Looking for someone to complete one or both tasks.

Just some fill Plaster work that needs to be done it needs to be completed by tomorrow afternoon The Sparky has removed the wires that are there -One old Aircon unit that has been remove patch has been put in place -there is around seven cracks that will need to be filled they are roughly 40 cm each - there is old chandelier lights roughly a 20 mil hole there is eight of them -there is an old fire I have a off cut off plaster that I would want in there as seen in photo -Around 10 screw holes that need to be patched I’ll be around tonight if That works for anyone But it has to be done before tomorrow night

Unpacking and help assembling indoor saunas clean up afterwards

Need to replace the 8mm plasterboard wall - the other side is mouldy and has water damage. Wall will need to be taken down AND then replaced. (Only white part of wall) and gaps on other walls need touch up please where a devider was removed

Power socket seems to be pulled out from wall. Need repair and the little area around the power socket as picture.

Need cornice and plaster reinstated in the shown areas, apply topcoat and patch wherever necessary and come back and finish with sanded finish, builder spec work. More work if needed, my plasterer is overseas

We need a draftman to draft up the plan for a verandah and a building surveyor to approve the verandah

Internal floorboards sand Polish 3 coats of polish approx 85squares
