I need a professional to repair and re-attach a section of decorative horizontal molding that has come away from the exterior of my house. ​The Issue: A section of the horizontal architectural trim (likely EPS/polystyrene) has detached, exposing the wall beneath and leaving some screws visible. ​Scope of Work: ​Clean and prepare the substrate and the back of the molding. ​Securely re-attach the trim using appropriate exterior construction adhesive and mechanical fixings (if necessary). ​Patch/fill any gaps or damage to the trim or the surrounding render to ensure it is watertight. ​Touch up the paint on the repaired section (I have/can provide the matching paint). ​Requirements: Please bring your own ladder (it is located on the first floor/above ground level) and all necessary adhesives/sealants.
