I need an experienced plasterer to replace the ceiling plasterboard in a standard 2-car garage. A section of the existing ceiling has already fallen down. The property previously had water ingress, but this has now been fully rectified. There are also a couple of small areas of mould staining on the existing ceiling. The property is being prepared for sale, so I’m looking for a neat, professional finish. Work required: • Remove existing damaged/affected plasterboard • Supply and install new ceiling plasterboard • Stop/set and sand joins ready for painting • Remove and dispose of all old plasterboard and waste • Work around the existing garage door motor/mechanism on the ceiling • Assess existing cornices – they appear fine and I would prefer to retain them if possible • Leave garage clean and tidy PLEASE PROVIDE TWO SEPARATE QUOTES: 1. PLASTER ONLY: Removal, supply and installation of plasterboard, finishing/stopping and disposal of waste. 2. PLASTER + PAINTING: Everything above PLUS preparation and painting of the new ceiling, including paint/materials. I don't have exact garage measurements, so please allow for measuring the area when quoting. If the garage door mechanism needs to be temporarily disconnected or removed, please advise separately. Dissemble a small one seater infared sauna and reassemble. The sauna only needs to be moved three meters from outside to inside. It’s a clip style assembly- see pics

Walls for rendering 5050 x 2260 hallway 3860 x 2260 inside walls 2m x 2260 by the sink Need three walls to be perfectly rendered and painted - you have to be the best at rendering to leave a smooth like plaster finish surface so the paint can go over the bricks . Metal (grate) awning to be removed from second story balcony

Recently had two structural walls removed and need the steel boxed, a small wall plasterboarded, plus a number of other small fixes in the house,. Plus cornice in the living room. Price to be discussed after siting.

Install small awning on timber beam, 3Mx2M

Awnings window wind out panel of window will not close due to frame separating. Can hopefully be repaired but may require new panel.

Taking of old awning and replacing with new awning

Hi. I have 2 verandah posts that need to be replaced due to some wood rot at the bottom. The replacements will need to match the other posts there including painting (paint provided) and beveled edges. Posts are cut in at the top to hold verandah structure and set in stirrups at the bottom. I believe posts are 100x100 and about 2.2m high. Will confirm measurements asap.

A porthole for tradespeople to enter the roof for repairs and maintenance needs enlarging. Only the entry/opening from the eave, (from underneath) needs enlarging, (the plasterboard). The rooftop opening (steel roof) doesn’t need replacing nor doesn’t need enlarging but the lid needs repairing or replacing, as the lid at present is left open and the rain comes into the building.
