Plaster Repairs & Door Replacement – Whole Job Quote I’m looking for someone to complete a number of repairs around my home, and I’d prefer to have the entire job handled by one person or company. The work includes: • plasterboard hole repairs • supplying plasterboard and materials — I have some plasterboard here, but not enough for the full job • plastering, sanding and preparing the repaired areas • priming and painting the repaired areas • matching the existing wall colour • replacing one internal door and supplying the new door • priming and painting the new door I have colour‑matched paint here, but there isn’t much left, so additional paint may be required. I’m happy to provide photos of all the repairs and the door that needs replacing so you can provide an accurate quote.

Located internally and externally. • 1 old floor heating vent – approx. 500mm x 250mm, requiring a new plasterboard section and finishing. • 1 old ceiling heating vent – approx. 500mm x 250mm, requiring a new plasterboard section and finishing. All repairs need to be properly patched, plastered and sanded to a smooth, paint-ready finish. No painting required. Replace one fibro cement sheet about 1200mm x 2400mm size in verandah. - 6mm thick sheeting. - supply sheeting. - may need some cutting to fit. - use coutersunk outdoor timber screws to secure to rafters. - want screws to be flush with sheet so I can paint it after. - bring own tools and tidy up after.
