Following a recent property inspection, the bathroom (ceiling) exhaust fan was identified as potentially providing inadequate ventilation because it's not directly above the shower (see the attached photos). The property manager, mentioned evidence of mould and peeling paint on the bathroom/toilet ceiling & walls. The purpose of this job is to identify the cause of the ventilation issue before mould treatment and repainting works.
