I am getting 3 security shutters in my townhouse. They are on the ground floor. Wiring needs to go from power point to side of window ready for security shutters to be installed. There are 2 windows in one bedroom and one window in the second bedroom - so a total of 3 switches is required. No remote controls. The company doing the installation is Australian Outdoor Living. Following a recent property inspection, the bathroom (ceiling) exhaust fan was identified as potentially providing inadequate ventilation because it's not directly above the shower (see the attached photos). The property manager, mentioned evidence of mould and peeling paint on the bathroom/toilet ceiling & walls. Main Earth Upgrade: a) Fire seal all cable entry holes to existing switch board b) Remove existing non-compliant earthing to property. c) Install new earth stake. d) Install new 6mm earth wire. e) Install new earth tag and earth bond to copper water pipe. Please see photos of the switchboard ' as is'. 2. Kitchen Power Point a) Replace a 10A single power point - in the kitchen, with a 10A double power point. __________ I will need confirmation that anyone seeking to do the job is a QUALIFIED and LICENSED electrician.
