Wanting to tighten kitchen mixer or change to a new one. We don't have a dishwasher so currently the mixer gets moved around a lot which is why it has become loose. I've attached a photo below of the mixer (from bunnings) I think would be better as it's adjustable and easier to manoeuvre around. Ignore budget send in offers 😊

Need someone with a jetting snake to go down a drain about 12m. We had the same problem a few years ago and it’s a build up of fat/grease in a bend of the kitchen sink drain.
