We are looking for a suitably skilled plumber or handy man to replace the bathroom sink tap washers and shower tap washers to stop dripping as well repair/replace 1 tap in the shower which has come loose on the spindle. As per the images it is the cold tap in shower that has come off spindle still works but is not secure i think from turn off so tight to stop dripping it was worn or broken a washer as one fell out of the tap.

I have a gas cooktop i need disconnected and the taps in the laundry moved further down the wall so they sit under the benchtop, both for the sink mixer and washing machine taps. I would like to put a flip mixer in the laundry rather than individually hot and cold taps for the sink.
